  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve growth in EMEA
  • Targeting new and existing customers across the automotive retail and trade / aftermarket sectors to achieve growth
  • Enhancing customer distribution partnerships and seeking new / alternative routes to market to the benefit of the business
  • Collaborating with the marketing department, to improve customer offering and consider new product development opportunities
  • Working closely with supply chain and customer service departments to achieve most efficient and cost-effective routes to market
  • Provide detailed sales and margin analysis and propose appropriate activities
  • Conducting competitor analysis, to identify and take advantage of opportunities, whilst recognising and supporting risk mitigating activities


  • Consistently high-performing sales records in multiple regions
  • A detail-oriented mindset – be able to conduct sales and margin analysis and proactively propose new / alternative opportunities
  • High energy, be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a desire to overachieve annual objectives


  • Sales experience across the EMEA regions, preferably in retail, FMCG or other relevant sectors is essential
  • Education to degree level or equivalent is desirable, but not essential, depending on experience
  • A background / or knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket sector would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience and knowledge of local and regional cultural requirements
  • Must be fluent in English. Ability to speak other languages would be advantageous
